We provide you with a tailor-made service: all our services are modular, and can be adapted to suit your specific situation: 

  • making cards and managing cardholder data;
  • preparation of protected information intended for the production of cards;
  • protected dispatch of confidential PIN data to cardholders;
  • management of transactions, both in Belgium and abroad;
  • secure transactions using cardholder identification, both in face-to-face situations and over Internet;
  • financial processing of transactions. This ranges from on-line authorisation to the debiting of the cardholder's account. If required, this service can also provide real-time consultation of the available balance on the bank account, or dispatch of a monthly statement;
  • cardholder support: your clients can contact our specialised call centre with any questions about their cards, card-related problems or transaction disputes; 
  • fraud management service: preventive measures and constant investment in the most advanced security techniques, in-depth tracking of any potential risks, management of fraud cases: everything that can be done to keep the risk of fraud to an absolute minimum;
  • option of sub-contracting the service offer, or personalising a number of parameters.

Blocking a card with Card Stop

Card Stop is an entirely secure service that allows your clients to block their cards with a single phone call after card loss or theft. Card Stop does not only block cards, but also access to other means of payment, such as PC banking or phone banking.
